1. Nu'er Hong (daughter red wine) - Made of glutinous rice and wheat. Evolved from the Shaoxing tradition of burying wine underground when a daughter was born, and digging it up for the wedding banquet when the daughter was to be married.
2. Four Pillars of Destiny - The technique to see the map of a person's life and advise them on what action to take during various phases of their life. In order to draw up a four pillar chart, the year, month, day and time of birth must be known as well as the place of birth
